On-premise to cloud migration refers to the process of moving an organization’s applications, data, and infrastructure from its own physical data centers or servers (on-premise) to a cloud-based environment. The cloud environment can be provided by third-party cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or other similar providers.
